If you’ve decided it’s time to close your account, the process is quick and simple. Whether you’re moving to a new platform or just taking a break, you can permanently delete your account right from your mobile device. Follow the steps below to ensure your account is removed securely.
On Mobile:
1. Go to Settings
Tap the 3 lines on the top left
2. Choose Business Account Settings
From the settings, select Business Account Settings to manage your account details.
3. Go to Account Management
Tap Account Management.
4. Tap Delete Account
Select Delete Account to begin the removal process.
5. Confirm to Delete Account
You’ll be asked to confirm your choice. Once you do, your account will be permanently deleted.
