How to Change your Subscription

Updating your subscription is simple and can be done anytime to match your business needs. Whether you’re upgrading or adjusting your plan, just follow the steps below.



On Mobile:

1. Go to Settings

Tap the three lines (☰) in the top left corner to open the menu.


2. Select Business Account Settings


3. Go to Account Plan

4. Tap Manage Plan

5. Choose Update Subscription


6. Choose the subscription plan you’d like to switch to


7. Confirm your changes


On Desktop:

1. Go to Settings

2. Select Payment & Plans

3. Click Manage Plans

4. Choose Update Subscription

5. Select the subscription plan you’d like to switch to

Your new plan will be applied immediately after confirmation, and any changes to billing will be reflected on your next invoice.
