How to Set Your Default Listing Settings

When creating listings in Reeva, setting your Default Listing Settings can save you time and ensure consistency across all your products. By customizing these preferences in advance, the details you use most, like shipping, payments, or carrier, will automatically appear every time you create a new listing. This means no more repeating the same steps for each item and letting you focus more on selling and less on setup.


On Desktop:

1. Go to Settings

2. Click Listing Settings

3. Click Default Marketplace Settings

4. Choose a Marketplace

5. Set up your defaults.

eBay:

  • Add your Zip Code.

  • Select your profile for Shipping Profile, Return Profile, and Payment Profile.

Note: If you don’t see any options for Shipping, Return, or Payment profiles, when you tap on it, you need to create your eBay Policies first.

  • You don’t have to add Item Weight and Dimensions here — you can add them when creating your listings.

  • Scroll down and tap Pricing Format choose Fixed or Auction.

  • If you allow Best Offers, toggle it on.

  • Save your eBay Default Settings.

Mercari:

  • Add your Shipping Zip Code.

  • Choose your Delivery Method:

    • Standard Shipping – Receive a prepaid shipping label.

    • Ship On Your Own – Provide your own shipping label.

  • Package weight can be added when creating your listings.

  • Toggle On Buyer Pays for Shipping.

  • If you allow Smart Pricing or Smart Offers, toggle it on under Pricing.

  • Save your Mercari Default Settings.

Poshmark:

  • Choose one of the following for Discount Shipping:

    • No Discount

    • You pay a portion of the shipping

    • Free Shipping

  • For Default Listing Preference, choose Delist.

    • We recommend this option instead of marking items as Not For Sale because delisting removes the item from your closet and keeps it from cluttering your available listings.

  • Save your Poshmark Default Settings.

Depop:

  • Tap Shipping Location and choose your city.

    Note: If you can’t find your city, select the largest city in your state.

  • Tap Domestic Shipping and choose one of the following:

    • Depop Shipping (via USPS)

    • Other – Ship on your own with a tracked method.

  • Under Depop Shipping, tap Shipping Address and choose your address.

    Note: If you don’t see an option and you're new to Depop, you need to make a manual listing on Depop first. This will prompt you to add your address, payment, and other required details. Once you’re done creating your listing, refresh your Depop connection in Reeva for your address to appear.

  • Parcel size and shipping price (if you ship on your own) can be added when creating a listing.

  • If you offer Worldwide Shipping, toggle it on.

  • Save your Depop Default Settings.


On Mobile:

1. Tap the three lines in the top left.

2. Go to Listing Settings

3. Tap Default Marketplace Settings

4. Choose a Marketplace

Set up your defaults.

That’s it! Your chosen settings will now prefill whenever you make a new listing.


FAQ's

1. Can I change my defaults later?
Absolutely. You can update your settings at any time.

2. Will changing my defaults affect existing listings?
No. Your changes will only apply to new listings you create after updating your defaults.

3. Do I have to set defaults for all marketplaces I sell on?
Yes. This ensures every listing starts with your preferred details, no matter where you sell.
